By accessing or using the 423 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform or any services offered by 423.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 423 as the platform operator. You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia. 423 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time it deems appropriate.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered members, and any party that interacts with 423's content or services in any capacity.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of 423 services, you will need to register a valid account. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. 423 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 423 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Never share your login details with anyone.
- You are not permitted to use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- You must not attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the 423 system.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 423 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the official currency. You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to you. 423 does not accept third-party deposits or funds obtained through unlawful means.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time. 423 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal that requires further review or verification, including as part of anti-money laundering procedures.
All users are required to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer) before making their first withdrawal. This process is in place to protect users' interests and maintain platform integrity. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a hold on transactions.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 423 support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
423 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons, without prior notice in certain cases:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
- Actions that may compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of the 423 platform.
If your account is terminated due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending further investigation. 423 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of anticipated profits. 423's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Content & Amendments
Intellectual property ownership
All content on the 423 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations, is the exclusive property of 423 or its content licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, display, republish, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from 423.

The 423 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. 423 does not control the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. You acknowledge and agree that 423 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party content or services.
Amendments to terms and applicable law
423 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising will be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
